Personal Data We Process

As a private holding company that does not offer services to the public, we process personal data only in limited circumstances:

• Corporate enquiry emails: name, email address, and any information you choose to provide in correspondence

Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legitimate interest is to respond to corporate enquiries.

Retention Periods

Correspondence data is retained for a period of two years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at team@bluvionholdings.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Malta if you believe that your data protection rights have been violated.
